We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to meet your therapist, complete your consultation form and relax before commencing your treatment.
All bookings are secured with a Gift Certificate number or valid credit card upon making an appointment. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel any appointment. If the treatment is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a charge of 100% of the cost of the appointment will be applied to the given credit card or gift voucher. For all other cancellations within 24 hours, a charge of 50% of the total cost of appointment will be applied.
Gift vouchers must be presented as payment at the time of your appointment, or your treatment will be charged at full price.
To ensure your wellbeing during your treatment, our practitioners need to know about any illness, health condition or allergy you may have. Your practitioner will talk through these issues with you to ensure your treatment is tailored appropriately.
We’d like your time with us to be as relaxing as possible. As clients and staff cannot supervise children during an appointment, please ensure you have arranged suitable supervision.
