Bookings and Cancellation Policy
All bookings are secured with a Gift Certificate number or valid credit card. If you need to reschedule your booking we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. If the treatment is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time this does incur a 100% cancellation charge and inside of 24 hours is a 50% charge
